# ¿Cómo enviar mensajes masivos / transmisiones?

### 1. Haga Clic en Ir a CRM

### 2. Haga clic en Emisíon Masiva

### 3. Haga clic en Crear una nueva emisión

### 4. Escriba A Nombre de la emisión

### **5. Seleccione un tipo de emisión (Inmediata / Calendario)**

### **6.** Si selecciona "Calendario" para un futuro

### 7. Seleccione la fecha y la hora de los horarios

### 8. **Puede seleccionar enviar a todos sus contactos / contactos filtrados**

### **9.** Si selecciona Contactos Filtrados, verá la opción de Filtros, haga clic en ella

### 10. **Si tiene una lista de clientes o una lista filtrada, seleccione una opción del menú desplegable**

### **11.** Haga clic en Cargar filtro de la lista seleccionada

### 12. **Si no tiene una lista de clientes existente, puede añadir una condición haciendo clic en el icono +**

### **13.** Seleccione el campo y las condiciones personalizadas para su filtro

### 14. **Haga clic en el #1 Mensaje**

### **15. Seleccione su canal**

### **16. Seleccione el tipo de mensaje**

### **17.** Seleccione su **modelo** y rellene las variables

### 18. **Haga clic en Añadir mensaje para añadir más mensajes a la emisión**

### **19. Antes de guardar la emisión se sugiere probar cada mensaje**

Introduzca su número de WhatsApp con el código de país sin el signo + "919999999999"

### **20. Haga clic en Enviar mensaje de prueba**

### **21. Haga clic en Ahorrar**

### 23. **Haga clic en el icono de edición para editar cualquier emisión no enviada**
