# ¿Cómo importar contactos a granel a través de una hoja CSV?

### 1. Haga clic en Ir a CRM

### **5. No hay un formato fijo para las hojas de Google**

Necesita tener al menos 1 columna para el identificador (como el número de WhatsApp o el ID de correo electrónico), puede añadir más columnas basadas en los campos personalizados que desee importar, no es obligatorio importar todos los campos personalizados con un contacto.

### **6.** Ejemplo de columnas

Aquí hemos hecho 3 columnas,

1. Número de WhatsApp - Identificador
2. Alias :- Campo personalizado
3. Campo personalizado s :- Campo personalizado

### 7. Configuración del formato de los números de whatsapp

Los números de WhatsApp tienen que ser introducidos en este format&#x6F;**:**\
Código de país y número \
Como:\
919999999999 919944556677 \
No debe haber ningún signo más, paréntesis, espacio o guiones. A veces, al exportar la hoja de WhatsApp, los números no aparecen en el formato correcto. Para asegurarse de que están exactamente en el mismo formato en el que los introdujo, seleccione la columna completa y establezca el formato como texto sin formato como se muestra en los siguientes pasos.

### 8. Haga clic en 123

Cuando su hoja de cálculo esté lista con los datos completados, debe descargarla en formato CSV.
